PDI has brought together a range of partners to build a comprehensive system of professional development for individuals who work with young children in New York. In 2017, PDIs Executive Director asked ACS to help bring clarity to the work of the organization to build better brand awareness among target audiences, by revising PDI messaging, drafting communication collateral, creating a comprehensive and coordinated communication plan to guide communication activities.


  • Provided guidance and drafted the organization’s first-ever annual report.
  • Conducted a communication audit of the organization’s materials and provided recommendations to modify them.
  • Conducted interviews with stakeholders to better understand current PDI brand awareness.
