Lauren Sogor, MPH
Senior Strategist
As Senior Strategist at Advocacy & Communication Solutions, LLC (ACS), Lauren leads strategy development and builds capacity for a number of ACS clients.
Lauren has 15 years of experience designing and implementing strategic outreach programs for organizations working to create a healthier, safer, and more just world. Previously, Lauren served as the senior health communications manager at the National Partnership for Women & Families. Lauren has also provided communications, research and project management support to federal and foundation clients, including the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, Federal Emergency Management Agency, and AARP Foundation, while at federal consulting firms Hager Sharp and ICF International. She has managed multi-stakeholder national public health campaigns for national nonprofit organizations including Text4baby and the National Sexual Violence Resource Center.
In addition to her professional commitments, Lauren is on the board of the Shaker Early Childhood Enrichment Center and Shaker Democrats. Lauren earned her Master in Public Health from the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan. Lauren lives in Shaker Heights, Ohio, with her husband, Bryan, daughter, Thea, two dogs, Hubble and Misha, and cats, Zero and Eloise.
