To increase awareness about HFWCNYs Triggers of Decline framework, and increase the number of grantmakers who fund projects related to older adults, the HFWCNY asked ACS to help with communication. This includes creating accessible documents about the Triggers of Decline framework and suggested action steps for target audiences.
