The Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio serves the needs of the students and educational community by supporting, collaborating and partnering with local, regional, state and national agencies and providing quality leadership, products, programs and professional services. ESCNEO supports 47 school districts across 5 counties. ACS provides overall advocacy strategy insight, policy and legislative monitoring and advocacy training for ESCNEO members.
