Senior Operations and Administration Manager
As Senior Operations and Administration Manager at Advocacy & Communication Solutions, LLC (ACS), Morgan keeps the entire operation organized and on track, managing client timelines and deliverables as well as our team’s workflow, schedules and travel.
Morgan has nearly 20 years of administrative management experience. Most recently, she applied her talents at connecting all the dots for an executive team to coordinate the work of multiple executives at Hollywood Casino in Columbus from 2012 to 2019. Beginning as a Facilities Coordinator, she quickly rose through the ranks to Executive Administrative Assistant and oversaw Community Relations. In that role, she honed impressive database management, financial management, compliance, communication, and problem-solving skills, to support the company’s administrative, operations and marketing needs. As chair of the employee volunteer committee, Morgan helped coordinate events, donations and in-kind gifts to support community organizations and build relationships with more than 50 community partners.
Outside of her professional career, Morgan is the board chair of the FUMC Child Care Center, sits on the Evangelism Committee at St. James Lutheran Church, and has been very active in Civitan International for the past decade, serving as president, president-elect, club director, and Cardinal District area director. Most recently, she became a member of the Animal Legal Defense Fund and Dharma Voices for Animals.
Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Heidelberg University. She lives in the Columbus, Ohio, area with her husband, Matt, their son, Oliver, three dogs, Rex, Mila, and Bane, and two cats, Felix and Stitch.
