Morgan Riley

Executive Administrator

Morgan joined the ACS team in 2019 as Executive Administrator. In this key role, she applies her keen organizational and process management skills to keep our entire operation organized and on track, managing client timelines and deliverables as well as our team’s workflow, schedules and travel.

ACS is one of the only female and minority owned consulting firms in Ohio and has gained a national reputation for not only its communication and strategy development expertise but also a deep understanding of policy and advocacy, especially for organizations within the early childhood and K-12 education sectors. In 2011, the northeast Ohio small business chamber of commerce, Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE), named ACS a “Ten Under 10” award winner. This COSE award is given annually to 10 small businesses with 10 employees or fewer to honor their ability to innovate, grow and reach ambitious goals. In 2015, ACS received a Platinum Award in the Communication Plan category of the MarCom Awards and was named a Weatherhead 100 Upstart Winner as one of the fastest-growing companies in Northeast Ohio. Morgan brings 16 years of solid administrative management experience. Most recently, she applied her talents at connecting all the dots for an executive team to coordinate the work of multiple executives at Hollywood Casino in Columbus from 2012 to 2019.  Beginning as a Facilities Coordinator, she quickly rose through the ranks to Executive Administrative Assistant and oversaw Community Relations. In that role, she honed impressive database management, financial management, compliance, communication, and problem-solving skills, to support the company’s administrative, operations and marketing needs.

A highly organized thinker with an uncanny ability to balance multiple moving parts in a finely tuned organization, Morgan realized a calling to deploy her talents in a new field. She was intrigued by the passion that Lori and Scarlett displayed in their ACS 15-year video, and realized that she wanted to be part of a team that cared deeply about the work they do and about one another.

Community engagement is part of Morgan’s life. At Hollywood, she chaired the employee volunteer committee; help coordinate property events, donations and in-kind gifts to support community organizations; and build solid relationships with over 50 community partners. She has been very active in Civitan International for the past decade, serving as President, President-Elect, Club Director, and Cardinal District Area Director, and chairing many club events and programs. She earned a BS in Business Administration from Heidelberg University, and lives just south of Columbus with her husband, Matt, their son, Oliver, and two dogs, Elsie and Rex.
